Pete has been a consummate entertainer on the folk scene since 1971 and he tells us this is his last tour. He is the ultimate multi-instrumentalist, expertly playing as many instruments as you can cram onto the stage. His anecdotes are legion and his knowledge of folk song and folk lore tremendous. His powerful voice fills the room with anthems, ballads, and love songs, primarily but not exclusively, traditional. You really want to say you have seen Pete perform before he retires and, if you have seen him, you know you need to be there.

Admission £10 (£8 concessions). We hope that everyone who can pays the standard price to support the musicians and the club. However, we want to be inclusive, so, if you can’t afford the standard price, do ask for a concession.
On the majority of club nights you will be able to pay on the door although we do put advance tickets on sale. On occasion demand will be very high and the evening may sell out in advance or there will be limited availability on the door. Please check the website regularly for the current position on specific evenings. We are primarily a seated venue, but on busy nights ticket holders may find they have to stand if they arrive late.
