Sunday 8th March

The daughter of a County Durham Miner, Anne sings a wide, varied repertoire in a quiet unassuming style. She has a beautiful voice with fine ornamentation and sings with a distinct twinkle in her eye. Graham Bell is a singer/ songwriter, singing in the direct style of the rural tradition. His songs are written into that tradition and inspired by the rich rural and industrial landscape of his native Northumbria. Their performances include humorous duets as well as solo unaccompanied singing.
You can watch them here.
Admission £10 (£8 concessions). We hope that everyone who can pays the standard price to support the musicians and the club. However, we want to be inclusive, so, if you can’t afford the standard price, do ask for a concession.
On the majority of club nights you will be able to pay on the door although we do put advance tickets on sale online. On occasion demand will be very high and the evening may sell out in advance or there will be limited availability on the door. Please check the website regularly for the current position on specific evenings. We are primarily a seated venue, but on busy nights ticket holders may find they have to stand if they arrive late. For online tickets for this evening go to https://wegottickets.com/event/683343.
