Chris Foster is a master of his trade. Alongside Nic Jones, Dick Gaughan and June Tabor, he established himself in the 1970’s as one finest interpreters of the traditional ballads of the British Isles.
His version of The Life of a Man / Greensleeves was nominated for best traditional track at the 2017 BBC Folk Awards.
Now resident in Iceland this is a rare chance to catch him in the UK.
